Meet The Owners

Having grown up in Plainview, Texas and graduating from Texas Tech University, Bryan moved to San Angelo where he worked for a financial institution and developed a passion for real estate. This interest led him to several successful real estate business opportunities.
While attending Texas Tech, Bryan met and developed a lifetime friendship with Kevin Reed, owner of Clearview Custom Homes in Lubbock, Texas, a complete design-build firm offering start-to-finish services. Clearview Custom Homes has become a leader in custom design and construction in the Lubbock area. The two friends kept in close contact through the years. Bryan admired Kevin's ability to bring a unique vision to custom home building and was excited with the homes he saw that Kevin had designed. He felt a desire to offer the same vision to San Angelo and Concho Valley residents. To make this opportunity a reality, Bryan teamed up with Kevin and Clearview Custom Homes in 2015.

Bryan is married to San Angelo native Chelsie Conn, and they have two children, Blaize and Blakely. The Bensons are involved in church, civic, school, and sports activities. Bryan is on the board of the San Angelo Home Builders Association and volunteers for the San Angelo Stock Show and Rodeo, as well as Tom Green County 4-H.
Carlos was born and raised in San Angelo, Texas, and his deep roots in the community have shaped both his personal and professional life. With more than 13 years of volunteer service in West Texas youth baseball, he’s not only built strong connections but also cultivated a lasting commitment to giving back.
Since entering the construction industry in 2004, Carlos has amassed over two decades of hands-on experience. He began his journey as a laborer on major university projects, working under the guidance of his uncle—a formative experience that instilled a tireless work ethic and solid foundation of industry knowledge. Today, Carlos is known for consistently delivering projects on time and within budget, often going above and beyond to exceed client expectations. While he welcomes all types of work, he especially excels in projects that challenge the norm and demand innovation.
A former collegiate athlete, Carlos brings the same determination, adaptability, and team-oriented mindset to every job site. His strong communication skills and ability to lead diverse teams have played a key role in Silver Fox Construction’s continued success.
Carlos attributes much of his success to the unwavering support of his wife and family. Outside of work, he treasures time with his wife, daughter, and young son—you’ll often find them enjoying the outdoors, spending weekends at the lake, or cheering from the stands at the local baseball complex.
